• Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not register multiple nicknames for the purpose of "collecting" or "squatting"
• Not register an excessive number of channels that you cannot properly administrate

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use our services in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. The following are key conduct guidelines:

A. General Behavior

• Respect Others: Do not insult, harass, or despise the network or its operators.
• No Disruptions: Do not engage in behavior that disrupts the chat experience for others.
• No Ban Jumping: If you are banned, do not repeatedly try to reconnect.
• No Impersonation: Do not impersonate staff or other users.
• No Spam: Do not post excessive or repetitive messages.

B. Prohibited Content

• Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or vulgar
• Content that promotes illegal activities or violates any applicable laws
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Content that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Content that posts personal information of others without consent

• Clones: Excessive multiple connections by the same user (more than 3 connections per IP)
